Brachial plexus palsy in adult and children

Starting in 1977 at the Hôpital Trousseau and since 1985 at the Institut de la Main, Professor Alain Gilbert has developed his experience in brachial plexus palsy. In this period of over 30 years, Professor Gilbert has examined over 5,500 patients and performed brachial plexus repair surgery in over 1,100 children and 400 adults. Over 1,500 of these patients also underwent palliative procedures for the shoulder, elbow or hand.
